We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and receiving operations in Troy, MI . This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound industrial parts. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare, package, and palletize outgoing orders Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Ensure proper documentation and data entry using an ERP system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus) Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures Familiarity with ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
