Night Shift | 6:00 PM•6:30 AM Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team Walker, MI. This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing of materials, from initial loading and equipment operation to final packaging and quality testing. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working a rotating shift schedule.

Schedule:

The 2-2-3 Rotation Week 1: Work Tuesday & Wednesday; Off Thursday & Friday; Work Saturday, Sunday, & Monday. Week 2: Off Tuesday & Wednesday; Work Thursday & Friday; Off Saturday, Sunday, & Monday.

Note:

Candidates hired for the night shift will begin their training and regular duties on the night schedule. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor mixer and reactor equipment according to strictly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods; manually load mixers and reactors. Accurately identify and prepare specific quantities of raw materials; report any deviations or process abnormalities immediately. Record precise process start and finish times and maintain accurate production logs. Package finished materials and ensure all containers are labeled correctly in compliance with company rules and safety instructions. Required Qualifications Full commitment to the 12-hour night shift and the Pitman 2-2-3 rotation. Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is required. Must be able to maintain a high level of physical activity throughout a 12-hour shift, including the ability to lift 50 lbs (or more with assistance). Must be willing and able to wear a respirator as required by safety guidelines.
