Role summary / purpose We are looking for a dedicated and quality-focused Warehouse Material Handler to join our Logistics and Warehouse team at our new manufacturing facility. You will play an important role in goods receiving, inventory management, and the quality inspection of incoming materials used in the production of robots. Key responsibilities Receive and register incoming goods Unpack and inspect received components and materials Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) according to established procedures Handle non-conforming materials and support supplier claims in cooperation with the Quality Department Put away materials and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system Pick and issue materials to production Perform cycle counts and inventory checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities Requirements - education & experience 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or goods receiving environment Experience using ERP systems and standard IT tools Good communication and teamwork skills Flexible, responsible, and proactive approach to work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Nice-to-have / preferred skills Forklift license or willingness to obtain one Experience with quality control or Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Technical understanding and experience from a manufacturing, electronics, or automation environment Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies What we offer - salary & benefits We offer a variety of robust health and well-being benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid vacation & holidays, tuition assistance programs, and more.
