Weather Shield Roofing Systems is looking for a Material Handler/Landscaper to join our team for a seasonal position running from May through October. In this role, the individual will be responsible for both warehouse material handling duties and landscaping responsibilities as needed. This role is essential in supporting our field crews and helping maintain our properties by keeping materials organized, prepped, and delivered on time while also assisting with landscaping projects. What You'll Be Doing:

Load, unload, and transport roofing materials such as insulation, membrane, metal, and tools Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs to ensure crews have everything they need Deliver materials to job sites using company vehicles when needed Assist with receiving incoming orders and verifying shipment accuracy Maintain a clean, organized warehouse to support safety and efficiency Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other non-powered equipment Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies Communicate with project managers and field staff regarding material needs and pickups Package, label, and prep materials for scheduled deliveries Assist with loading debris from completed projects and disposing of it appropriately Perform job site cleaning and general cleanup tasks as needed Assist with light landscaping around job sites and facilities Support special projects, including general cleanup and organization efforts across locations

What You Bring:

Previous warehouse or material handling experience (roofing or construction industry preferred) Basic knowledge of roofing materials is a plus, but not required Must be 21 years or older to drive company vehicles due to insurance requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years Chauffeur license preferred, or must be able to obtain one Must pass a background check Why Weather Shield?
