Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers Operate, clean, and maintain tools and machinery, such as drills, grinders, forklifts, and saws. Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy environment throughout the workday Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Transport materials and equipment across the site using manual or powered carts as needed Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks to keep tools and equipment in optimal condition Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build hands-on experience in a collaborative setting.
