We are seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated team players. This is a hands-on role responsible for the assembly of sauna units, as well as performing general warehouse duties to support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow instructions accurately, and contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Full-time - A background check will need to be completed prior to hiring.Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble sauna products according to engineering drawings, routings, and blueprints. Perform electrical assembly including installation of conduit, wiring, control cabinets, and terminal connections. Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and diagrams. Ensure all electrical components are installed safely and meet operational standards. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and company standards. Test functional performance of assembled equipment/systems, including electrical systems and components. Measure and adjust components to exact specifications. Clean, assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as required. Install brackets, lights, motors, and complete system testing. Use hand and power tools (drills, ohm meters, grinders, etc.). Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Receive, organize, and store inventory. Pick and prepare orders for shipment. Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED or a equivalent experience. Previous experience in sauna or similar equipment assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment. Hands-on electrical experience, including wiring, conduit installation, and use of electrical testing tools. Experience with quality control processes, inspections, and adherence to production standards.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong commitment to quality work and attention to detail. Basic understanding of assembly, production, and quality assurance processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and basic electrical schematics. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable using warehouse equipment and tools. Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.Working Conditions:
Work is onsite and in a warehouse environment.Physical Effort:
Work is onsite in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Physical labor and use of protective equipment are required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and repetitive tasks.
