Position Summary This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and delivering office products, furniture, and equipment to customers while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and equipment to customer locations. Load, unload, inspect, and secure products for transportation. Assemble and install office furniture and equipment as needed. Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures. Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries. Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and driving regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Previous delivery driving experience preferred. Warehouse, shipping, receiving or inventory management experience preferred. SkillsCompetencies Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PhysicalWork Requirements Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing 50+ pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely operate warehouse equipment. Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
