Job Description

As a Packaging Material Handler , you will support the Packaging team by verifying and organizing manufacturing components. You will coordinate the movement of product and materials into the Packaging manufacturing area and perform material transfer. On a daily basis you will: Electronically issue materials to each manufacturing order using Lifecore s ERP system Perform the physical and electronic activity required to return the unused components to the warehouse after completion of each order Communicate with warehouse and other support personnel to ensure materials are ready when needed Verify receipt of staged materials into the Packaging area Move materials into the Packaging suite Identify methods for organization of various types of raw material storage in Packaging Execute automated picks of materials to manufacturing orders while in process and returns to warehouse as jobs are completed Perform reconciliation of components and document activity according to Good Documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices This position could be a great fit for you if you are self-motivated and enjoy working independently on a variety of tasks and possess the following: High school diploma or equivalent Experience with ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain meticulous documentation The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures Previous experience in warehouse or production within the medical or pharmaceutical industry a strong plus!
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30 pm
Starting Pay:
