What You'll Do Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Load and unload trucks, including flatbeds and LTL shipments Transport materials to production and welding departments Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory Pull and stage materials for production jobs Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork Verify shipments against packing lists and report discrepancies Keep warehouse, storage areas, and yard organized Work with drivers to safely load and unload materials Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with general shop and fabrication support as needed Requirements 1+ year of forklift experience Experience loading and unloading trucks Shipping and receiving experience preferred Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to safely move and handle large materials Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications Experience with heavy-capacity forklifts Experience operating cranes, hoists, or rigging equipment Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience Inventory control experience Experience reading bills of materials or work orders Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
