Material Handler - Cottage Grove, MN (1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities) We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Material Handlers to join our team in Cottage Grove, MN . These full-time positions support daily production operations by ensuring accurate receiving, movement, storage, and delivery of materials throughout the facility. Available Shifts 1st

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inventory, components, and finished goods. This role supports production by performing physical material moves and electronic inventory transactions using warehouse management software. Key Responsibilities Accurately count, move, and store product and components. Perform inventory transfers using Sage X3 with correct quantities and locations. Operate forklifts and other assigned equipment safely and efficiently. Kit and deliver work orders according to established procedures. Pick up and deliver finished goods; verify counts before movement. Return unused components to proper storage locations. Assist with cycle counts and general inventory control. Replace missing barcode or location labels as needed. Maintain clean, organized production and warehouse areas. Complete daily equipment checklists and refuel equipment when required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience 2-3 years of related material handling or warehouse experience. Qualifications Forklift certification required. Ability to drive various types of forklifts. Basic math skills and understanding of inventory control. PC computer skills; ability to use inventory software. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to make sound evaluative judgments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, and work at heights for 8+ hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment. #Nowhiring
