Pay & Growth $1/hour raise once hired direct Stable, long‑term opportunity with room to grow Job Duties Pick customer orders using RF scan guns Pack, wrap, label, and prepare shipments Process online and customer orders accurately Verify packaging, labels, and documentation Use handheld scanners and WMS systems Stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8-10 hour shifts Maintain a clean and safe work area Requirements 2+ years warehouse or order‑picking experience Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (select roles) Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic computer and warehouse software skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift for full shift Steel/Safety Toe Shoes required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
