is a creator-focused functional beverage and lifestyle brand built around gaming, entertainment, and online communities. We create Focus, Energy, Hydration, and Sleep products alongside limited-edition apparel, stickers, accessories, and custom merchandise made in collaboration with creators. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Custom Merchandise Associate to join our team in Eden Prairie. This is not a traditional warehouse where you do the exact same thing all day. You may spend part of your day picking and packing customer orders and another part producing shirts, stickers, or personalized merchandise for an upcoming creator launch. What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, addresses, and customizations before orders leave the warehouse.
• Produce custom merchandise such as shirts, stickers, labels, and other promotional products.
• Learn to safely operate heat presses, printers, cutters, and other merchandise-production equipment.
• Inspect finished merchandise for print quality, placement, color, and overall appearance.
• Receive incoming inventory and organize products in their correct warehouse locations.
• Restock picking areas and help maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Prepare products and merchandise for creator launches, promotions, and high-volume sales events.
• Keep production stations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Help identify damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or recurring order issues.
• Work alongside the

team to complete daily orders accurately and on time.

• Assist with other warehouse, fulfillment, and production projects as needed. What We're Looking For
• Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with customized orders.
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable learning new equipment and production processes.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping and order-management software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work independently after training while still communicating well with the team.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, apparel-production, printing, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move throughout the majority of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive production tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse and merchandise-production equipment.
