Material Handler Job Description This role supports weekend warehouse operations by performing a variety of material handling tasks across multiple departments. You will pick and pack orders, operate warehouse equipment, and assist with loading and unloading trucks while adapting to different assignments as business needs change. Responsibilities Pick and pack products accurately using pick sheets to fulfill customer orders. Use an RF scanner to locate, verify, and process inventory and shipments. Build pallets safely and efficiently, and break down boxes for storage or disposal. Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse to move materials and products. Drive reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers as assigned, when qualified and required. Load and unload trucks using lifts, pallet jacks, or by hand, depending on load type and safety requirements. Rotate between different warehouse departments and tasks based on operational needs. Support shipping and receiving activities by staging, organizing, and verifying incoming and outgoing goods. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and distribution goals. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elk River, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
