Climate Controlled Facility Your Responsibilities:

Reads work orders or follows verbal instructions toascertainmaterials or containers to be moved. Movesitems into and out of storage, kitting area, and/or production areas. Follows all safety rules and instructions,maintain5S standards of work area and performs other functions on and off productionlineasrequired. Maintains necessary information and records for inventory locations on the computer and ensuresappropriate paperflow with the materials/goods throughout the process. Performs cycle counting functions. Selectscontainers for parts or products. Packs and seals parts, coils, or sections into or onto fabricated containers or skids. Loads materials into/onto trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Completes shipping or receiving reports and records. Operates picking systems, barcode scanners, PIT, power material-handling equipment, and trucks to move material and finished products. Takespart in the training process for all new team members. Provides inputregardingthe performance of new team members. Participates with other team members on safety,processand quality improvement teams. Works with team members,supervisorsand support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements. Performs other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE. The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time. The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
