Job Description

Company Overview JP Enterprises is an industry leader in the production of advanced AR parts and rifles. We are dedicated to innovation, quality, and delivering exceptional products to our customers worldwide. About the Role Everything we make has to get picked, packed, and out the door accurately. That's where you come in. This is a hands-on warehouse role with real variety — you won't be stuck doing the same task every hour of every day. One part of your day might be pulling orders, another packing components for retail, another learning light assembly work. If you like staying busy, moving around, and seeing a job through from shelf to shipping label, this is a good fit. No warehouse experience required to start. We need someone reliable, accurate, and willing to learn. We'll train you on our systems and processes. If you show up, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of getting orders right, there's room here to grow into more skilled and better-paying work. What You'll Actually Do Pick and pull orders for shipment — accurately and efficiently Pack and prepare products for retail sale and for shipping, making sure the right parts, labels, and paperwork go out Learn light assembly — combining components into finished assemblies following build instructions (we'll train you) Perform inventory counts and help keep stock accurate Catch and report problems — wrong parts, damage, count discrepancies — before they reach a customer Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Back up your teammates when the workload calls for it What We're Looking For (Required) Accuracy and attention to detail. In this job, the wrong part in the right box is a returned order and an unhappy customer. You double-check your work. Reliability. You show up on time, every day, ready to go. The whole operation depends on orders moving on schedule. A good work ethic. You stay busy, you don't wait to be told every step, and you take pride in getting things right. Willingness to learn. Our systems, our products, and our processes are all teachable — you bring the attitude, we'll bring the training. Must pass a criminal background check and be legally able to possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nice to Have (Not Required) Warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience Experience with barcode scanners, inventory software, or an ERP/WMS system Any hands-on work involving assembly, packing, or working with your hands Basic computer skills If you're reliable and willing to learn but new to warehouse work, you can apply anyway — we'd rather train the right person. Why Work Here Steady full-time hours with overtime available for high performers A path to grow — we promote from within, and more skilled roles pay more Clean, organized, professional warehouse You'll be part of a company with a real reputation, working with people who take the job seriously Physical Requirements & Working Conditions This is medium-duty work. Every person in this role must be able to do the following each day, with or without reasonable accommodation:
