Applied Power Products is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing warehouse team! We currently have openings in several departments, including Packaging, Machine Press Operation, and Lamination. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to learn a new trade, we provide hands-on training and opportunities for growth.

Departments:

Packaging Package finished products according to customer specifications Inspect parts for quality before shipment Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area Machine Press Operation Set up and operate production equipment Read work orders and follow production specifications Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Monitor machine performance and report any issues Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Lamination Operate lamination equipment to bond materials together Prepare raw materials for production Ensure finished products meet quality standards Assist with equipment setup and changeovers Keep work areas clean and organized Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus but not required Applied Power Products is a multi-faceted organization that combines distribution and fabrication to serve the needs of customers in the Upper Midwest and around the world. Our company is headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota. This facility also handles the distribution of seals, hose assemblies, power transmission products and conveyor belting. The fabrication division, also located in Lakeville, MN, offers die cut and water jet cut services, as well as, molded and extruded parts from a wide variety of materials.
