Job Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently throughout the workday. Ability to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. Basic computer proficiency for processing shipments and generating reports. Ability to use or learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Ability to verify product quantities, shipping information, and customer order requirements. Knowledge of basic inventory management and warehouse procedures. Preferred Skills Previous experience in picking, packing, shipping, or warehouse operations. Experience using ERP systems for shipment processing and inventory tracking. Knowledge of shipping documentation, packaging procedures, and order fulfillment. Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and performing inventory counts. Familiarity with warehouse material handling and shipping equipment. Job Responsibilities Pick and pack products according to customer orders and shipping specifications. Verify product quantities, order details, and packaging accuracy before shipment. Process outgoing shipments using ERP systems and generate required shipping documentation. Ensure shipments are completed accurately and meet established delivery schedules. Monitor shipping activities to maintain compliance with customer requirements. Assist with inventory tracking, stock verification, and inventory accuracy. Identify and report shipping discrepancies, missing products, or inventory issues. Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory transactions. Organize products, packaging materials, and shipping work areas. Follow established shipping procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Pay:
