POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the manager in shipping, receiving, and improving the organization of our ever-evolving cannabis and wellness warehouse. As a Warehouse Personnel, you will ensure we meet and exceed our shipping and customer satisfaction goals. You will perform various functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role best suits a solution-based go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 Years of Working in a Shipping or Receiving Department Experience with Barcode Scanning System

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
Unloading Trucks and Checking in Shipments Open Skids, Crates, and Other Containers Operate a Pallet Jack Sort and Place Materials into Inventory According to Organizational Standards Prepare Orders by Pulling Materials, Packing Boxes, and Placing Orders in the Delivery Area in a Timely Manner Maintains a Safe and Clean Work Environment by Keeping Shelves, Pallet Areas, and Work Stations Neat and Ready for Tours with Potential Clients. Maintain Certified Organic Logs Communicate with Ownership, Department Heads, and Sales Team About Incoming and Outgoing Orders Investigate and Resolve Customer Issues and Ensure Customer Satisfaction While Maintaining the Integrity of the Company Ensure Compliance with Legal Guidelines and Global Organic Distro Standards and Policies Follow all Company Safety Procedures, Policies, and SOPs Perform Other Duties and Ad Hoc Projects as Assigned SHIFT | Monday
