- Job Title: Material Handler 2nd shift - $23-25/hr (No Interview Needed)

- We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to efficiently manage forklift operations and material movement within our production areas. This role involves ensuring the accurate loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety standards.
- Responsibilities
- + Safely and efficiently operate forklifts according to company standards and certification requirements.
+ Manage the timely movement of materials to and from production areas to support workflow and production needs.
+ Accurately load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and staging of materials.
+ Identify and locate materials quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and support operational flow.
+ Complete daily forklift inspections and report any issues promptly.
+ Ensure accurate ERP transactions related to material movement and inventory updates.
+ Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material verification processes.
+ Identify discrepancies and escalate or support resolution as appropriate.
+ Follow all company policies, safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure work meets established quality expectations.
+ Understand and apply job instructions, control plans, and internal processes.
+ Follow all PPE requirements and safe material handling practices at all times.
+ Participate in required safety training and reinforce safe behaviors in daily work.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and promptly report hazards.
+ Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
+ Be available and dependable for overtime or additional support as needed.
+ Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams.
+ Cross-train in additional material handling or warehouse functions.
+ Complete assigned work within expected timeframes while maintaining accuracy and safety.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes, efficiency, and organization.
- Essential Skills
- + Forklift operation and certification. + Material handling experience. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic computer literacy skills. + Manufacturing knowledge.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.
00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
