What You Will Own:
Inventory accuracy, organization, and equipment tracking Equipment preparation and load-out execution for live events Receiving and verifying inbound shipments Warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Company vehicle readiness and basic preventative maintenance Supporting production teams through dependable logistical execution What Does an Elite Performer Look Like? Must Haves (Non-Negotiables): 1-2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, live events, or AV production environment Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes accurately Dependable, punctual, and highly consistent in day-to-day execution Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Nice to Haves (Bonus Points): Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse tracking software Familiarity with audio, video, or lighting equipment Experience supporting live event load-ins and load-outs Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment Basic mechanical aptitude or light vehicle/equipment maintenance experience
