In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stock management, and shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a smooth flow of goods within the warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution center committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using warehouse management systems Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stocking and inventory checks Use warehouse management system (WMS) software to track inventory movements and update records in real-time Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation Support order fulfillment activities by selecting items using order pickers and ensuring timely processing Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, package measurements, and order quantities Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing techniques Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes and inventory control methods Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience with order fulfillment software like MRPs or similar systems is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and documentation Join our team as a Warehouse Worker if you are committed to operational excellence and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-growing distribution environment.
