Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Repack Associate to support warehouse operations in the repack area. This hands-on position is responsible for loading bins, handling materials, preparing products for processing and shipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in the repack area loading bins and handling waste materials. Prepare and organize materials for processing and shipment. Load, move, sort, and handle materials throughout the repack process. Perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Use basic computer systems to enter, track, and update information. Read and follow work instructions accurately. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily warehouse operations. Identify and communicate material or processing concerns as needed. Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, production, or material-handling experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Dependable, motivated, safety-conscious, and team-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Steel-toe boots required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to periodically lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds. Comfortable handling materials that may be dirty and performing work that can be physically demanding.
Working Conditions:
Active, fast-paced warehouse and repack environment. Position involves physical and labor-intensive work throughout the workday. Work may involve handling dirty materials, and employees should expect to get dirty or sweaty while performing assigned duties. Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, materials, and ongoing distribution operations. Steel-toe boots and other appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required. Must consistently follow established warehouse and workplace safety procedures.
