Job Title:

Short-Term Project Assistant - Furniture Prep & Refurbishing Project Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented individual for a short-term, focused project preparing lightly damaged furniture for donation. This assignment will take approximately 4-5 days to complete.

$22.00 / hour

Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Location:

Rogers MN Key Responsibilities Unpackage incoming furniture items carefully. Remove all existing manufacturer branding and logos from wooden surfaces using an electric palm sander. Trim and remove branded tags or labeling using a utility knife. Inspect furniture to ensure all branding is completely removed. Clean and repack the furniture securely for transport and donation. Requirements & Skills Hands-on experience operating basic power tools, specifically an electric palm sander. Comfortable using a utility knife safely and precisely. Physical ability to lift, move, unpack, and repack furniture items. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough logo removal without damaging the furniture. Punctual, reliable, and able to work the full 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM shift. Equipment Provided Electric palm sander, sandpaper, utility knife, and packaging materials are provided on-site.
