In This Role, You'll :

All Associates :

Must have experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks , stand-up trucks , stand-up dock trucks, and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Selector s / Picker s : Must have expe rience meeting/exceeding a cases per hour (CPH) standard Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You'll Bring :

Must have one (1 ) year of experience in food distribution Must have warehouse experience/using material handling equipment within the past six (6) months Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments Listing up to 75lbs continuously Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting :

Sunday through Wednesday or Sunday through Tuesday & Friday 9 pm to 5:30 am Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:

• 5 °F to 38 °F) Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation Must be able to work until all tasks are completed

Pay & Benefits :

$23.23/hr , not including pay for performance (PFP) After your 90

• day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.

34/hr . Not including pay for performance (PFP) Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days . The company pays 60% of the premium. 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
