Minneapolis, MN Pay Rate:
$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00
PM Training Schedule:

Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving environment preferred Forklift operating experience required Experience with inventory control, material handling, or warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Job Duties Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and inventory reporting Receive, issue, pull, and restock materials while maintaining accurate inventory records Process inventory transactions using Oracle and warehouse management systems Coordinate LTL, expedited, and hazardous material shipments Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials Support repair cycle inventory and warranty core processing Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Read mechanical drawings and technical documents to identify parts and materials Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
