  • 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join a fast-paced warehouse operations team.
This position is responsible for accurately picking, handling, staging, storing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a team environment while working in temperature-controlled cold storage conditions. Key Responsibilities Pick outbound orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. Handle, stage, and prepare products for shipping and storage. Operate material handling equipment and radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment. Ensure product quality by inspecting inventory for damage and verifying proper shipment condition. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and product reconciliation. Participate in warehouse slot management and inventory organization initiatives. Monitor warehouse conditions and report equipment or operational issues. Promote and maintain a safe working environment by following established safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security throughout the warehouse. Work closely with warehouse and administrative teams to support efficient order fulfillment. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Perform additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Basic mathematical proficiency. Strong independent and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to foster and maintain a positive team environment. Team-oriented, cooperative, and adaptable. Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization and within customer organizations. Demonstrated initiative and accountability in achieving goals. Ability to understand and effectively utilize technology. Results-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications Six months of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred. Experience using RF scanners or similar warehouse technology preferred. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Comfortable working in a cold environment, typically around 36°F , with some areas as cold as
  • 5°F .
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional weekends. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
