Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of APH Distribution operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. This role supports our commitment to delivering the right parts at the right time while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This is a full-time position ideal for dependable team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and service. First Shift Hours with both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and complete customer orders within assigned warehouse zones Prioritize and pull expedited orders to meet established shipping timelines Ensure all products picked are in appropriate condition for shipment Adhere to safety standards, including ensuring tote weights do not exceed 50 lbs Monitor product locations and report discrepancies or stocking issues to a Supervisor Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping Perform other distribution and warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment
Schedule & Employment Status:
Full-time position Regular daytime hours with potential overtime based on business needs
