Pallet Repair Associate (1st Shift)

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30PM Employment Type:
Temp-to-Hire (Approx. 90 Days) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Repair Associate to support production operations in Eagan, MN. This role is responsible for repairing and rebuilding damaged pallets to meet quality and safety standards before returning them to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or woodworking who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities- Repair damaged pallets and return them to service-ready condition
- Operate hand tools and power tools including nail guns, saws, hammers, and pneumatic equipment
- Inspect pallets for defects and verify conformance to quality standards
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Follow written instructions, work orders, and safety procedures
- Accurately complete production paperwork
- Stack and organize pallets according to inventory and shipping requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move continuously during the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, roofing, or woodworking
- Experience operating air-driven, electric, or pneumatic tools
- Previous pallet repair or general labor experience is a plus Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
- Required use of PPE, including safety shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection as needed
