Warehouse Worker consists of working as a crew member to #1 unload from a trailer to another crew member that sorts and stacks the cases of product in their designated rows, neatly up to 9 feet high in a specified pattern. #2 stacking in a trailer as it is sent from the warehouse on conveyors, neatly up to 11 feet high. #3 stacking on the city dock, neatly up to 9 feet high. #4 timely and accurately send product as it is printed on the pick order, to either a trailer or the city dock. #5 Use a forklift or fork cart to load and unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner.

9:00 PM - 5:30
AM Key Responsibilities:
Unload cases of snack foods from a semi-trailer and place in warehouse Load semi-trailers with a variety of snack foods from the warehouse. Send products from warehouse to route garage or into trailers. Check orders as you load for accuracy. Safe and efficient operation of a forklift or fork cart. Housekeeping - keep work area clear of debris. Follow directions as given. Follow company rules and policies. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Strong communication skills to maintain safety and ensure product quality. Previous experience in a warehouse or manual material handling environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively with others and contribute as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Determine product by reading markings on each box and pick order. 2. Work at a quick pace continuously for the entire workday. 3. Work 8 hours per day, five days per week, overtime and Saturday if needed. 4. Dependable attendance. 5. Walk and/or stand continuously for the entire working day. 6. Work in a dusty environment. (cardboard). 7. Work at or above shoulder level for up to 35% of the workday. 8. Work below waist level 35% of the workday. 9. Reach out with arms from body to lift and carry 65% of the workday. 10. Grab with hands 80% of a workday. 11. Able to Lift /Push/Pull up to 60 lbs., frequently lift from 4 pounds to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 60lbs. 12. Work continuously for 2 to 2 1/2-hour intervals 4 times per day. 13. Work around conveyors and machinery and drive fork trucks. 14. Drive a fork truck safely and efficiently. 15. Stack product while using 3 to 4 step ladder. 16. Accurately count and keep track of counts and solve simple math. 17. Work well as a crew member to accurately and timely accomplish tasks assigned. 18. Twist and/or turn while lifting or carrying.
