Job Description

📦 Warehouse Worker 🧊 What You'll Do As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly—working in a cooler environment to pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, organization, and teamwork matter. 🔧 Key Responsibilities ✅ Pick, pull, and build customer orders ✅ Palletize products and stage shipments for delivery ✅ Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials ✅ Pack and unpack items for storage and distribution ✅ Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies ✅ Organize and store products in designated locations ✅ Label inventory using proper tools and systems ✅ Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant ✅ Inspect products for damage or defects ✅ Support and collaborate with team members as needed 💪 What You Bring Required Skills Experience with order picking/order selection Forklift and/or reach truck operation Experience in warehouse or production environments Qualifications At least 1 year of warehouse experience At least 1 year of reach truck experience High School Diploma or GED Comfortable working in a cooler (around 34°F) Basic computer and scanner skills 🌟 Why You'll Love This Job Modern, clean, and safety-focused facility Equipment safeguards and strong safety culture Flexible shift options to fit your schedule Work with a team that values efficiency and teamwork 🏭 Work Environment Temperature-controlled facility (cold storage as low as 34°F ) Combination of dry and refrigerated areas Floors may occasionally be wet (cleaned and well-maintained) Safety measures and cleanliness are top priorities ⏰ Shift Options 1st

  • 12:30 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.47
  • $22.47/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
