Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking general laborer/machine operator/ welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assisting in various tasks that contribute to the assembly and fabrication of products. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equiptment, including CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, Saw, Drill Press and other machinery as required. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. At the moment the positions will be as a 1099 contractor. Duties Setup, Operate and maintain various machinery, including CNC Lathes, CNC Mill, Saw, Manual Lathe and Drill Press. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Fabricate parts as needed for production processes. Perform basic math calculations to assist in measurements and material requirements. Safely operate forklifts for material handling and transportation within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in general labor tasks as needed in the shop area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Experience in a operating CNC machines and industrial saw preferred. Familiarity with measuring tools and fabrication tools. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
