Job Description
Job Overview Husky Spring of Virginia is searching for someone with initiative, who is energetic, positive, and organized to become part of a quickly growing organization in the suspension automotive aftermarket segment. Duties entail warehouse organization, inventory management and shipping and receiving. Problem solving abilities are valued. Active learning of new skills, operation best practices and suspension knowledge are all important. The ability to adapt as our ever-expanding business changes is critical. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds is required. Responsibilities Assist with order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders for e-commerce and distribution channels Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Stock shelves efficiently, organize products systematically, and maintain a clean, safe work environment Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment such as load & unload stations Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying quantities during stock replenishment or order processing Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn on the job Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order fulfillment, stocking, picking & packing is advantageous Experience operating a forklift is desirable; certification is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and order processing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order picking and shipping tasks Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
