$17.57-$23.67 PURPOSE

OF THE JOB

The position will be responsible for ensuring that all general labor tasks are completed according to work order specifications and on-time per the manufacturing shop schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Responsibilities Duties Standards of Performance Quality Standards Follow all quality standards per the drawing and/or supervisor instructions. Complete any required paperwork free from errors and in a timely manner. Accurately record time on timesheet per project. Quality of the checks during the process. Accuracy of recordkeeping on the project. Safety Standards Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery. Keep work area clean & organized so not to present a safety hazard. Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) per

RELCO & OSHA

standards. Quality of safety procedures followed during the fabrication process. Safety of work area and CNC machines. Other Duties Assist when needed to train new coworkers as directed from area supervisor. Work with other team members to maximize productivity & efficiency. WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. Personal protective equipment is required. This position is required to wear a respirator during certain processes and will be standing stationary for extended periods of time.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience :

Experience working with equipment/hand tools etc. preferred
