Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, and supporting warehouse distribution processes. This role is vital to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates with prior warehouse experience are encouraged to apply. This position will mainly be done in a cooler and freezer environment. This is a Monday Through Friday, No holidays position. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand carts. Perform inventory management and control tasks . Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency Stock shelves and organize materials in designated areas following safety standards Assist with shipping & receiving activities. Support materials handling tasks including loading/unloading trucks and moving products within the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order fulfillment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods Prior warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is a plus for candidates interested in advancement opportunities This Warehouse Worker position is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
