This is a hands-on role supporting our early shift crew—perfect for candidates who enjoy physical work, staying active, and getting a head start on the day.

Start at 4:00 AM and wrap up your day by early afternoon, giving you more time for family, errands, or personal commitments. What You'll Do Remove concrete castings from the kiln and transport them safely for the next stage of production Perform finishing work—repairing imperfections and ensuring quality standards are met Assist with building molds and pouring concrete products Operate production equipment and support overall manufacturing processes Read basic measurements/blueprints and use a tape measure for accuracy Help with occasional tack welding and material movement (including crane support, if trained) Rotate between different production areas to support team needs Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols What We're Looking For 1+ year of manufacturing, construction, or hands-on labor experience Strong mechanical aptitude (working on cars, home projects, etc.) Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic instructions or drawings Comfortable with physical work in a dusty, industrial environment Reliable and able to consistently work an early start schedule Willingness to learn new skills and support multiple areas of production Nice to Have Experience working with concrete or in a production environment Basic welding or fabrication experience Familiarity with overhead cranes or heavy equipment Schedule & Overtime Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM
