About This Role Agri Spray Drones is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our growing operations team in Boonville, MO. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly — picking and packing orders, handling drone shipments, managing inventory, and supporting inbound and outbound logistics. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same, so we need people who are comfortable with flexibility and can roll with shifting priorities without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack small parts orders and accessories accurately and efficiently Prepare and package complete drone orders for shipment, ensuring all components are included and properly protected Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage Organize and stage outbound shipments for carrier pickup Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and inventory control procedures Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times Use warehouse management systems or tools to track orders and inventory Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Adapt to changing daily priorities and pitch in wherever the team needs support Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout a warehouse for full shifts

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
