At Graber Outdoors, we build fences, decks, and one heck of a great workplace. We're not just looking for someone who can lift heavy stuff (though, yes, you'll be doing that too). We're looking for someone who's organized, reliable, and loves being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Up To:

Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming materials (a.k.a. warehouse Tetris)Running job-related errands like delivering product or picking up materials Keeping inventory on point and warehouse shelves less "where'd-that-go?" and more "right where it should be" Keeping the warehouse tidy — because chaos doesn't build fences Collaborating with team members, installers, and office staff — because teamwork makes the fence work

What We're Looking For:

A strong back and a stronger work ethic — ability to lift 50+ lbs and hustle in a fast-paced environment Team player vibes — no solo heroes here Experience in a warehouse setting is awesome, but not a dealbreaker Great at following directions and solving problems without panicking Knows how to stay organized and keep it cool under pressure Comfortable standing, walking, and bending Forklift experience = major bonus points Familiarity with warehouse software or a strong willingness to learn Valid driver's license

Why You'll Love Working Here:

$21/hour to start — get paid well to do what you're awesome at Full benefits package — health, dental, vision Fun, supportive team that actually likes working together Chill but fast-paced work environment (yes, that's possible) Your hard work will be noticed, appreciated, and rewarded We work hard, we laugh harder, and we keep it real every day Ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy working in a warehouse?
