Job description A role centered on responding to customer inquiries with efficiency and timeliness. Provides support to the company by obtaining, reviewing and entering orders with accuracy from the point of receipt. The customer service representative would be the face of the company during each interaction and will take all initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Data entry Provide accurate and detailed information to customers in a timely manner Follow communication guidelines, procedures and policies Manage large amounts of data entry, phone calls and emails simultaneously Work within multiple inventory control platforms Ability to communicate proficiently with warehouse personnel regarding orders, inbound and outbounds Identifying workplace safety hazards Following all safety rules and regulations Communicating with supervisors Ability to work within the warehouse as needed Skills Good organizational skills Attention to detail Basic mathematical skills Proficient in office programs such as Office 365, Adobe, Excel and Word Good written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively Familiarity with chemicals and Safety Data Sheets is a plus Reliable
