Job Description

The Position Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time General Laborer in Jefferson City to support our manufacturing team and keep production moving smoothly. This role matters because it helps us meet daily output targets while maintaining product quality.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with production and end sections building Work on or alongside assembly line processes Use basic mechanical knowledge to handle materials, tools, and equipment safely Help keep the work area organized and follow safety expectations Required qualifications/skills: Manufacturing experience or familiarity with a factory environment Mechanical knowledge If you're ready for steady, hands-on work on day shift, apply today. A Typical Shift Your Monday-Friday day shift runs 7:00am-3:30pm onsite in Jefferson City. You'll clock in, get a quick direction for the day's priorities, and spend the shift on your feet in an active shop setting. You'll wrap up your shift by cleaning up your station and getting the area ready for the next day.
