  • Job Description
  • This role focuses on receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items within a stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.

You ensure inventory is accurately recorded, stored in an orderly manner, and prepared for packing and shipping, particularly individual patient prescriptions. The position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with other warehouse team members in a clean, climate-controlled micro-fulfillment center.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Receive incoming stock items, accurately count quantities, and record data manually or using a computer system.

+ Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.

+ Verify inventory records by comparing system data to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors as needed.

+ Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other designated areas.

+ Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, RF scanners, or other labeling equipment.

+ Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

+ Keep accurate records on the use and any damage of stock or stock handling equipment.

+ Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and promptly report any damage or issues to supervisors.

+ Provide assistance and direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers to support smooth operations.

+ Perform lifting, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and receiving tasks as part of daily workflow.

+ Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory, verify labels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

+ Pack and ship individual patient prescriptions according to established procedures and quality standards.

+ Match labels correctly to items and orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors in shipping.

+ Work on your feet for extended shifts, maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the day.

  • Essential Skills
  • + Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions, document inventory, and collaborate with team members.

+ Analytical and problem-solving ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock issues.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and recording stock items.

+ Ability to work effectively as a team player in a busy warehouse environment.

+ Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies that support secure and efficient warehouse operations.

+ Ability to work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts.

+ Ability to match labels accurately to items and orders.

+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or GED required.

+ 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience required.

+ Experience with lifting, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and receiving.

+ Hands-on experience using RF scanners for inventory and order processing.

+ Background in inventory control and warehouse operations.

+ Comfort working in a light-duty warehouse environment focused on packing and shipping individual patient prescriptions.

  • The role is based in a clean, climate-controlled micro-fulfillment center designed for efficiency and comfort, helping you avoid extreme hot or cold warehouse conditions.

Work is primarily light duty, focused on packing and shipping individual patient prescriptions rather than heavy lifting or large freight handling. You will be on your feet for most of your shift and use RF scanners and other standard warehouse equipment. Full-time day shifts run Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Full-time evening shifts run Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Part-time evening shifts are available on Friday and Sunday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The environment allows the use of one earbud or ear pod to listen to music or podcasts while working, supporting a focused and comfortable workday.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $15.

00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
