The Shrink wrapper is responsible to double check customer instructions, shrink-wrap material and box per specific customer instructions. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and preventing mix-ups in boxing Operate auxiliary equipment such as shrink wrap machines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific requirements Experience Previous factory/manufacturing facility experience highly preferred Familiarity with assembly processes Mechanical knowledge or background in operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds safely, and work in a fast-paced environment This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to a collaborative team.
