+ Safely operate material handling equipment : pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) + Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards + Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory + Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols + Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely + Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation + Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments + Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately + Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy + Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products + Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments + Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety + Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues + Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred + Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred + Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse ( dry, cooler freezer : -5 °F to 38 °F) + Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically starting between 6:30 AM + W eekend and holiday availability required + Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods + $ 22.22 /hour or salary range is preferred + Weekly pay (every Friday) + Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days + 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more + Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
