Low Voltage Service Technician Archway Technology LLC - Kansas City Metro Archway Technology LLC is hiring an experienced Low Voltage Service Technician to support our growing service division. We are looking for a dependable, professional technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial low voltage systems while representing our company well on job sites and with customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial low voltage systems Service and troubleshoot: Fire alarm systems IP camera/CCTV systems Access control systems Burglar/security systems Perform annual fire alarm inspections and testing Complete service documentation and inspection reports Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and tools Participate in on-call rotation as needed Requirements Experience servicing commercial low voltage systems Working knowledge of fire alarm systems and inspection procedures Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, and device layouts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred Qualifications NICET certification Experience with systems such as Silent Knight, Honeywell, Bosch, Verkada, or similar platforms OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Paid holidays and PTO Consistent year-round work Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment with high-quality commercial projects
