This is a hands-on general operations position. Work varies by assignment and may include household support, cleaning and organization, lawn/property work, errands, moving and organizing materials, community projects, administrative support, research, documentation, technology assistance, and other lawful general operational tasks within your training and ability. No specific industry experience is required. Experience in caregiving, direct support, behavioral services, maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, hospitality, construction, administration, logistics, customer service, or any role where you demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic is valuable. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and acceptable driving record required. Basic computer, smartphone, internet, and technology skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Able to understand an assignment, ask necessary questions, and work independently once direction is clear. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willing and able to perform physical/general labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work in different homes, properties, community settings, and operational environments. Willing to learn, research, adapt, and solve ordinary problems instead of stopping at "I don't know."
