Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you'll safely operate warehouse equipment and move product throughout the facility, including receiving, scanning, picking, staging, loading, and shipping. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric riding pallet jacks to load and unload materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders promptly Conduct manual handling of materials following OSHA safety regulationsConduct manual handling of materia Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, stock movements, and inventory adjustments Ensure compliance with safety procedures during heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation Support warehouse management in stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, crane systems, and pallet jacks Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and logistics operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory management software Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use during manual handling and heavy lifting Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counting and order processing Experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is a plus Technical proficiency in operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently Join our team to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations while advancing your skills in a supportive environment committed to safety and excellence!
