What You'll Do Move and Carry:

Help carry and move signs and materials (up to 75 lbs) safely to where they need to go.

Stay Organized:

Pick up job orders and make sure you have everything you need for each shipment. Check for

Quality:

Make sure our signs look great—double-check spelling, colors, labels, and graphics. If something's off, let your supervisor know right away. Prep for

Shipping:

Gather supplies, pack them up, and clearly label everything so it gets to the right place.

Work With Your Team:

Go over loading instructions with your supervisor and help load trucks and trailers. If something's heavy, don't worry—you'll have help or a forklift.

Keep Things Safe:

Inspect vehicles before loading, and make sure everything is strapped down and secure for the ride.

Final Check:

Double-check that every order has all the right parts and supplies before it leaves.

Pitch In:

Help keep our warehouse tidy and organized, and cover for teammates when needed.

Stay Safe:

Keep your work area clean and report any issues with tools or equipment right away. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Comfortable reading instructions and basic drawings Organized, motivated, and a good team player Strong communication skills Willing to learn and adapt as things change What You'll Need Safety glasses (we provide them) Lifting belt if needed Willingness to work in a busy manufacturing environment—sometimes it's dusty or noisy, and you might work outside Training and Support We'll make sure you have all the training you need, including safety, quality control, and on-the-job coaching.
