Warehouse Worker Job Summary We are looking for a Production Warehouse Associate to support packaging, order picking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely while handling products and materials. Key Responsibilities Package, sort, and organize products as they move through production. Pick orders using RF scanners and prepare products for shipment. Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely after training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support multiple production areas through cross-training and teamwork. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift, stack, and move products throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new tasks and work across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with order picking and RF scanners. Previous warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience. Forklift or machine operation experience is a plus. Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
