This hands-on position is a great fit for UCM students or anyone looking for part-time work while gaining valuable experience. You'll help customers, load building materials, organize inventory, receive freight, and maintain our indoor and outdoor yard areas. What You'll Do Load building materials for customers Receive, unload, organize, and stage freight Operate forklifts and other equipment after training and certification Help customers locate and safely load purchases Assist with inventory and material staging Keep the lumberyard, warehouse, loading areas, and surrounding grounds clean, organized, and safe Perform indoor and outdoor grounds maintenance, including sweeping, picking up trash and debris, managing weeds, and seasonal cleanup Complete other yard and property-maintenance tasks as assigned Support inside-store operations when needed Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines You'll Be aGreat Fit If You:

Stand and walk for extended periods Perform work requiring balance, coordination, and hands-free mobility Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull building materials Lift materials weighing 80 pounds or more when required Safely climb, bend, reach, and move throughout the yard and warehouse Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions Reasonable accommodations will be considered for qualified individuals as required by law.
