$22.00/hour (Eligible for pay increase after 90 days ($22.50) and 180 days ($23.00) based on active time in position and solid performance review)Current Schedule:
Straight days (S/1)Shift Differential:
$1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)Focus:
The Warehouse Operator ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards, manages the proper handling and storage of finished products and raw materials, and supports efficient palletizing and movement of goods throughout the facility.Warehouse Operator Essential Functions:
Coordinates and reviews customers' orders with loading and unloading schedules. Transports materials throughout the warehouse and loads trucks in accordance with customer orders. Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.Warehouse Operator Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior related warehouse experience preferred. One year of operating a forklift is required. Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed. What's in it for you?
