Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records through various warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring efficient warehouse workflows. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with precision and efficiency. Load and unload shipments using appropriate handling equipment while adhering to shipping logistics standards Conduct data entry tasks Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper packaging Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, replenishing inventory, and adhering to trade compliance regulations Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equ Basic math skills for counting Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance, and e-commerce fulfillment processes Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy in fast-paced settings Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment If you are committed to maintaining high standards in warehouse operations while supporting efficient logistics workflows, we encourage you to apply.
